       Where can I see my order status?

You can view the status of your orders and check your purchase details on your order form. On this page you'll see a list of all your orders displaying the order number, date of purchase, the order status and a link to get more information about the purchase.

On the order details page you'll find more detailed information about your orders, including the items you have purchased, the delivery address and a small message form in case you want to ask us anything or query anything about your purchase.

Your order status will be one of the following:

Awaiting picking: Your order is being processed. We will send you it as soon as possible. Remember that at weekends and on bank holidays orders are not processed until the following working day.

Awaiting despatch: Your order has been processed and is now being prepared.

Waiting for your reply: Your order cannot be processed yet due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, a payment error or due to another reason. For more information please contact our customer services department.

Order ready for dispatch: Your order is already in our warehouses ready to be dispatched as soon as possible.

Order despatched: Your order is on its way. Remember that deliveries are only made on working days and usually in the morning. If you are not at home when the courier arrives, he will leave a message in your letter box.

Order on hold: Our logistic operator has informed us of an issue that occurred during delivery of your order. For more information please contact our customer services department.

Gone astray: Our logistic operator has informed us that your order has got lost. If your order was paid for in advance you will find a full refund for the purchase in your personal account here.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled at your request or due to reasons outside the control of Militian.

Delivered: Your order has been delivered.

Returned: Your order has been returned to our warehouses. For more information please contact our customer services department.

Refused: Your order has been returned to our warehouses. For more information please contact our customer services department.


 How can I change my delivery address?

The delivery address is established during the purchase process here.

If your order has already been placed, please use the message form on the order details page to contact us so we can alter the delivery address.


 When will I receive my order?

When you place an order we will estimate the dispatch and delivery date depending on the availability of your products. The dispatch date for items in stock is one working day after the order was placed. Once we have confirmed your order you'll be able to see the estimated delivery date in your confirmation e-mail and in your order summary. The order delivery schedule is mainly in the mornings on working days in urban areas. Deliveries will not be made at weekends or on bank holidays. If you are not going to be at the delivery address at these times we recommend you give another address where you will be or where there will be another person to collect your parcel.

Make sure you've checked the product availability because if your order contains more than one product we won't dispatch your parcel until all the products are available.


 Why haven't I received my order yet?

Product orders placed with Militian are dispatched with a tracking number that will be displayed on your order summary and in the dispatch confirmation e-mail.

When you view your order tracking, if it states that your order has been delivered but you haven't got it yet, check with your family and neighbours.

When you view your order tracking, if it states that the parcel has been returned to us or that the address is not correct, it may be that the courier company was not able to deliver your parcel.

If there is not available tracking information or if you can't find your parcel and it hasn't been returned to us, contact us.
